Shipping and return policies for Tatsu Akiba

Shipping Info

Your order will be shipped out within 2 days after your payment is confirmed. It depends on the destination, but overseas delivery will take about 7 to 10 days. Domestic delivery will take about 1 to 3 days except in the case destination is a remote island.
The postage costs domestic order 200 JPY and overseas order 500 JPY.

ご注文は入金の確認後2日以内に発送いたします。お届け先によって多少の差はございますが、海外の場合配達まで7日から10日ほど頂いております。国内の場合ですと離島の場合を除き1日から3日ほど頂きます。
送料は国内注文に200円、海外注文に500円を頂いております。

Return Policy

If goods have any damages or losses, you can return it to me within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. You can return only unused goods to avoid unjust returns. I appreciate your understanding.
Please contact me at arabsobo.dixiegypsy@gmail.com within the 7 day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number and reasons when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.
